John Bayer

Real estate is in John Bayers blood. A 3rd generation Realtor and a broker associate, John is proud to carry on the family tradition. His grandfather, Thomas, was a respected real estate executive and homebuilder in the St. Louis area, while other relatives were appraisers, mortgage lenders, Realtors and investors. Today, John builds on that legacy, working alongside his mother, Carole, in The Bayer Group.

Having lived in northeast Florida for more than a decade, including Ponte Vedra Beach, John is a valuable resource for anyone hoping to relocate to the area. An avid boater, he is especially familiar with the areas popular boating communities, waterways, launches and prime fishing spots. He is also an experienced negotiator, determined to help both home buyers and sellers achieve the best possible outcomes on their real estate transactions.

When he is not busy helping customers buy and sell property, John follows his passion for art. He is known in the Ponte Vedra Beach community for his Jackson Pollock-inspired paintings. And friends will tell you he is a pretty good pool player, as well.
