Karen Saez

Karen Saez is fluent in real estate…and Spanish. Her parents owned apartment complexes in New Jersey, and Karen helped with a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating landscaping and cleaning companies, as well collecting rent. Her father was also a general contractor/builder and working alongside him helped give Karen the real estate bug.

As an adult, Karen quickly established herself as a leader and mentor in a number of progressively responsible positions in human resources and recruitment. She also moved across the country several times as a military spouse, gaining firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by service members and their families. Given her impressive background, it’s no wonder friends and family have always turned to Karen for advice in finding just the right home or investment property.

After settling in northeast Florida several years ago, Karen decided it was time to pursue her real estate passion full time. As a mentor herself, she appreciated the high level of support and guidance that Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty provides. Now, she’s eager to help others, including those in the Spanish- speaking community, achieve their goals through buying and selling real estate.

When Karen isn’t helping customers with their real estate needs, she volunteers at a local animal shelter, and her church. She also enjoys playing tennis, exploring new restaurants and working out.
