In addition to various leadership positions, I have had the opportunity to successfully coordinate hundreds of lease and purchase transactions totaling several million square feet. My industry certifications include Master Certified Negotiation Expert, LEED Accredited Professional, NAR Green, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Gold Key, Real Property Administrator and Facility Management Administrator. In addition to my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License, I am a Licensed Community Association Manager and a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
