During her 28 years of commercial real estate experience, she focused on Property Management, Project Management, Development, Acquisition and Disposition, REO, Leasing and Marketing ---- Nancy developed excellent customer service, contract and price negotiation, lease administrative, real estate marketing, renovation and new construction skills. More personally, Nancy loves to spend time with her family and pets, relaxing in nature, practicing yoga, tending her garden, enjoying live music, and volunteering in her community. Nancy believes the best way to enrich her community and city is through volunteerism. Currently, she gives her time rejuvenating Fishweir Park and works with RAP’s Parks and Recreation Committee, The Bolles School, Children’s Home Society of Florida, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, and Pediatric Hospice of Northeast Florida.
